Promotions are intended to be used in the calendar month in which they are given. The Poker Room and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to remove promotional funds if the promotion requirements are not fulfilled within the same month, or in the event of account inactivity

The Poker Room and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that end users or any one or combination of them are participating in strategies which the Poker Room and/or its authorised agent in their sole discretion deem to be abusive, the Poker Room and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user(s) to the promotion

In the event of a dispute, the decision of the Poker Room will be considered final
